Verification for Your Protection
To ensure the security of your account, cancellation requests can only be accepted from the email address you use to log in to your AutoMatic account. This helps us verify that you are the authorized account owner. For this reason, submissions from other email addresses will not be processed.
Keeping it Clear: Accepted Methods
To streamline the process and ensure timely cancellation, we currently only accept cancellation requests submitted via email. Phone calls or requests submitted through other channels cannot be accepted at this time.
A Note on Timing
Please keep in mind that any cancellation requests received after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the following business day.
