Early Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase (money-back guarantee period), we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your billing period. Downtime: In the event of unexpected downtime exceeding 10% for a continuous period of 1 days, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected period.
