TERMS OF SERVICE
This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and WB Social Media Inc., referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. This agreement governs your access to and use of any WB Social Media Inc. services, both online and offline, including successor websites, software, updates, support, and related materials. Collectively, these are referred to as the “service”. This agreement also applies to any additional services you opt into while it remains active, unless otherwise specified by alternative terms.
By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you provide accurate information. Each service may have its own guidelines or rules, which are integral to this agreement.
Your use of the service is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms. If you find these terms unacceptable, do not use the service. Note that this agreement limits our liability and disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law. Pay close attention to these sections.
ACCOUNT CREATION
Upon creating an account, you will have immediate access after registration. Some components may be temporarily inaccessible during initial setup as we tailor them to your needs. Non-account holders have immediate access to available services.
Your account is controlled by the individual associated with the email login. Safeguarding your email login credentials is your responsibility.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user, you must comply with all laws, follow our guidelines, maintain confidentiality of your login details, and report any security breaches. Access only authorized WB Social Media Inc. accounts and use the service solely for legitimate business purposes.
Prohibited actions include causing harm to WB Social Media Inc. or its partners, engaging in illegal activities, overloading the service, reselling the service without authorization, linking unsolicited messages to the service, using unauthorized software, modifying the service, challenging our intellectual property rights, and using the service for competitive purposes.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You can create an account and password for access. Sub-accounts can be created under your primary account. You are responsible for all actions conducted through your accounts. The primary account owner retains authority over sub-accounts, including modification or termination.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
WB Social Media Inc. reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. If you disagree, cancel the service before the changes take effect. Continued use indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Upon subscribing, designate a payment method and consent to charges. Notify us if charges exceed approved amounts 10 days in advance.
Billing
Payments are required in advance. Charges may be consolidated. Post-trial services are billed continuously until terminated.
Billing Account Modifications
Keep billing information accurate and updated. You can update billing details anytime. Stopping a payment method without an alternative will terminate the service.
Trial Offers
Trial offers may be available. To avoid charges post-trial, cancel before it ends. Downgraded services may restrict data access, and WB Social Media Inc. may delete data. You are responsible for data backup.
Pricing Structure and Adjustments
Service costs exclude taxes and connectivity expenses. Currency exchange depends on your payment provider. Defined-duration costs are maintained throughout the period. Post-expiration, new costs apply. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Unacceptable new pricing requires service termination before implementation. Recurring services will follow new pricing from the notified date.
Modification of Subscription Plan
You can change your service plan. Charges apply for upgrades. Downgrades to free or reduced-fee plans do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Policy
Service charges are non-refundable unless stated or required by law. Refund costs are your responsibility.
Electronic Billing Statement; Billing Inaccuracies
Billing statements are provided online. Report discrepancies within 120 days. Unreported errors within this timeframe absolve us of obligation to amend the error.
Delinquent Payments
Late fees apply to overdue payments. Collection may involve third parties, with all reasonable expenses borne by you. Failure to settle accounts may lead to service suspension or termination.
Communications Consent
We may send you emails about new products, features, and offers. Unsubscribe anytime by emailing [email protected].
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE, CANCELLATION, OR TERMINATION
WB Social Media Inc. can modify or discontinue services anytime without notice. Breach of agreement may lead to service termination. Termination does not relieve payment responsibilities.
Data Management
Post-service termination, WB Social Media Inc. may delete your data. Ensure data backup and business continuity.
Waiver of Rights and Obligations
Parties waive rights and obligations to seek court intervention for agreement termination.
RESTRICTIONS ON SERVICE USAGE
WB Social Media Inc. may impose usage limits. Excessive use may lead to service termination.
PRE-RELEASE (BETA) FEATURES
Beta services may be modified or not released commercially.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP
Content. WB Social Media Inc., you, and third parties can upload content. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited. We may delete content that violates this agreement or laws.
PRIVACY
Information collection, access, and disclosure adhere to the WB Social Media Inc. Privacy Statement. Your information may be transferred internationally. Compliance with safe harbor principles is maintained.
SOFTWARE LICENSE USAGE AND LIMITATIONS
Usage rights are governed by a license agreement. Unauthorized disassembly or reverse-engineering is prohibited. Compliance with export regulations is required.
LICENSED CONTENT
Media elements and templates are provided for your use under specific conditions.
THIRD-PARTY ENGAGEMENTS
Engagements with third-party products or services are between you and the third party. WB Social Media Inc. is not liable for third-party interactions.
FEEDBACK
By providing feedback, you grant WB Social Media Inc. rights to use and distribute it without compensation.
NOTICES
This agreement exists in digital format. Required information will be sent electronically to the provided email address.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The service is provided “as-is” with no warranties. Use at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Direct damages recovery is limited to the greater of one month’s service fee or $5 USD. No recovery for consequential damages is permitted.
TIME LIMITATION FOR CLAIMS
Claims must be filed within one year from eligibility date.
TRANSFERABILITY
WB Social Media Inc. can transfer this agreement without notice. You cannot transfer it to a third party.
EXEMPTION DUE TO UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
WB Social Media Inc. is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or wars.
ACCOUNT FOR SERVICE USE
Respect copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
DOMAIN NAME SERVICES
Domain services are provided by a certified registrar, governed by domain service terms.
